“I have always enjoyed the challenge of working with people.  I realized it first as a counselor in the Youth Movement in my town. I enjoyed seeing and being a part of the progress as these kids grew up to become teenagers and later to become men.  It just seemed natural for me to build my career in the human resources field. During the last fifteen years I have had the opportunity to work closely with people in many different countries such as Israel, Russia, Germany, Ukraine, Bulgaria and the United States. I have enjoyed helping people with different cultures achieve their career goals and obtain continuing professional education.”

As the CEO of HR Global Services, Eyal consults with organizations on a wide variety of workplace and human resource issues. He brings more than 15 years of progressive human resources management experience in a variety of industries, both in Israel and in the United States. He spent the first seven years of his career at a recruitment agency (four branches, 250 employees) where he began as a recruiter and was promoted to Branch Manager, Marketing Manager and, ultimately, Vice President. Eyal then served six years as Director of Human Resources for Africa Investment Company, a management division of Africa Israel Group.  After that, he relocated to the US and worked as an associate at an HR Insourcing Company.  Most recently he served as the Director of HR and Operations for Isaac’s Relocation Services Company (approximately 140 employees in two branches).

A business-focused human resources professional, Eyal provides clients with proven leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. He has a strong business partner mindset and a demonstrated ability to align human resources with business strategies to impact the bottom line and support the success of clients.
